Social software is an exciting and important phenomenon in contemporary world. Its widespread use triggers new research and application challenges as well as new opportunities, while its growing application on mobile devices creates a need for adaptation in software development. Therefore, the EU-funded CORE-MOSOSO project aimed to investigate innovative methods and tools which would influence the successful planning, development and subsequent utilisation of mobile social software.

This final activity report presents the project background and provides a brief overview of its objectives. The document then focuses on the project output, i.e. on a tool-supported requirements discovery method for mobile social software. The method's principal characteristics are presented and the potential for further development and exploitation is highlighted.
