Abstract

Experience from the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5) shows that stakeholders from Latvia are informed about Framework Programme activities and they have actively taken part in the submission of projects. However, only in rare cases Latvian participants have taken the role of coordinators of the projects. These skills come with experience and practical trainings.

The main objective of EUROPRAXIS was to foster successful involvement of Latvian scientists, entrepreneurs, consumers and policymakers in the European Research Area (ERA). The training course was intended to wide spectrum of audience scientists and entrepreneurs from various thematic fields and from different areas of Latvia.

This is the final report for EUROPRAXIS and covers the project execution, list of deliverables, questionnaire, feedback and financial report. It notes that the realisation of EUROPRAXIS helped to improve the skills necessary for competitive preparation of Framework Programme proposals and successful management of projects.
