Abstract

This is the final report of the VIA project as aimed by Vidéoscop Université Nancy 2 and the SAM Université Paul Verlaine was to produce and to promote a documentary fiction broadcast of 52' entitled for the moment 'Move along, there is everything to see', which presented the European science towards young audience through the involvement of European laboratories working in concrete and innovative projects around the issue of new modes of transport in the cities in the future with future vehicles. With the project VIA, Vidéoscop and SAM show the human adventure of a science working in the middle of the society, listening to the concerns of the citizens, but before all a science which dreams and makes us dreaming.

The report begins with the motivation of the movie, as pointed out through questions about the future of transport. A synopsis of the procedure 'from concept to creation' follows and then a summary of deliverables and results. There is then a reference to dissemination activities, a presentation of the documentaries themselves and then a section dedicated to current state of the art and expected impacts of the project.
