Project ID: 212737
Funded under: FP7-EURATOM-FISSION

Abstract

The ARCH project was funded under the European Commission (EC)'s Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and aimed to review the health consequences of exposure to radiation from the Chernobyl accident and provide advice on the studies needed to be carried out in the future through the publication of a strategic research agenda (SRA) and a technical report.

This document is the final publishable report of ARCH and provides information on its overall structure, progress and outcome. Firstly, the project objectives and participants are briefly presented. In addition, the undertaken activities and the project's structure are analysed. The report then focuses on the main achievements of the initiative and closes with an overview of its potential impact.
