This is the final report of the FUNENTECH project which was funded under the European Commission (EC)'s Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). The aim of the project was to optimise continuous Ultra High Pressure Homogeniser (UHPH) for application on fluid food preparations (such as vegetable milks, juices and formulations designed for specific populations) cosmetics and biotechnology. The report begins by outlining the aims and objectives of the project and then dives into the results that were achieved before concluding with the potential impact of the project. A list of publications is also included.
