Community Research and Development Information Service - CORDIS

The reports requested by the Commission under the terms of your TMR network contract have two main purposes: first, to allow the Commission to monitor the progress of your network against its objectives as stated in the contract as well as against the more general objectives of the TMR Programme; and second, to act as a source of information for the wider scientific community on the work you and your partners are undertaking. This document gives guidelines to network coordinators who will be responsible for preparing the following four sets of reports:

- A. An initial database report to be submitted within two months of the start of the contract;
- B. An annual progress report, an updated database report and a statistical summary to be submitted annually;
- C. A mid-term review report to be circulated one month before the mid-term review meeting;
- D. A final report, a summary report, a final database report and a final statistical summary to be submitted at the end of the contract.The guidelines in this document complement the general conditions of the contract, notably those in Article 12 of its Annex II.
