Abstract

A passive cylindrical collector probe was exposed to plasma discharges in TEXTOR. The angular and radial distributions of atoms deposited on to its surface were measured. The results are presented in graphical form for analysis and discussion. The influence of different limiters on the fluxes of oxygen, deuterium and metals in the plasma edge are compared. The correlation between the concentrations of each collected on the exposed surfaces is determined.
