Community Research and Development Information Service - CORDIS

This book aims to provide an assessment of the effects of low level lead exposure on child development. It includes two major state-of-the-art reviews, and presentations by scientists participating at a workshop in Edinburgh in 1986, as well as summaries of the main issues raised during the workshop discussions and proposals for future research. Results are presented of cross-sectional epidemiological studies of children, pregnancy outcome, neonatal and prospective studies and animal studies.
