Abstract

A method was developed for flow regime identification in a two-phase flow by means of stochastic parameter criteria maps. It is essential thatmore than one detector and measurement for different physical variables of thw two-phase flow are used and that different statistical analysis domains are investigated. Satisfactory identification resolution is obtained by performing the intersection of a series of resulting criteria map subsets.
