THE CERTIFICATION OF CONTENTS OF CADMIUM, COPPER, MERCURY, LEAD AND ZINC IN A CALCAREOUS LOAM SOIL
The experimental procedures for the preparation of a reference material consisting of a calcareous loam soil and the certification of five element contents (mass fractions of cadmium, copper, mercury, lead and zinc) are reported. Values are given for the element contents (mass fractions) of chromium cobalt, nickel, manganese and selenium and the aqua regia soluble contents of cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, manganese, nickel, lead and zinc. Indicative values are presented for matrix constituents and further trace elements. The technical evaluation of the analytical methods used and the statistical approach by which the certification of the contents (mass fractions) and their uncertainties were drawn from the analytical results are also presented.
