ANGULAR DISTRIBUTIONS DURING THE STOPPING OF ALPHA PARTICLES IN ALUMINIUM
The stopping power of aluminum is measured by using 5 MeV alpha particle. Energy spectra and angular distributions are measured as a function of aluminum thickness. The experimental data are compared with the theoretical prediction of the BRAGG and EDEP codes. The results compare well.
