PROBABILISTIC EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTS OF POLLUANTS RELEASED TO THE ATMOSPHERE
The main features of the probabilistic codes of the series ZEPHYRO are reviewed. These codes are apt to perform evaluations of the environmental impact due to radioactive and chemical pollutants assigning range of uncertainties to the main calculation parameter (physicochemical and meteorological). The results (effects) are obtained in terms of histogram= release's amount probability.
