Abstract

A considerable number of thermometers is often required in large cryogenic applications. High accuracy is not requested and so it would be convenient to use industrial grade sensors. In this paper we present results of the calibration of more than 80 CLTS from micromeasurements and statistical considerations useful for the use of this sensor as an industrial component.
