EVALUATION OF HIGH PRESSURE X-RAY DIFFRACTION DATA FROM ENERGY DISPERSIVE CONICAL SLIT EQUIPMENT
The paper reports on experience obtained with the use of an energy dispersive x-ray diffraction device which fixes the Bragg angle theta by means of a cone-shaped slit of width 0.1 mm and thus makes use of the total intensity of the diffraction cone. Diffracted radiation is collected by a large-surface germanium detector.
