ELECTRON CYCLOTRON ABSORPTION AND EMISSION IN THE PRESENCE OF A SMALL POPULATION OF DRIFTING SUPERTHERMALS
The effect of electron cyclotron absorption and emission of a small superthermal population in motion relative to a Maxwellian bulk is investigated by applying the Lorentz transformation to the case in which the superthermal distribution is Maxwellian in the co-moving frame.
