Abstract

A resistive voltage divider rated for 100 kV (input) and nominal low voltage outputs of 100, 10, 2 and 1 V was circulated to five primary metrology laboratories within the EEC. Each laboratory measured one or several of the divider's ratios at input voltage levels of 20, 50 and 100 kV. At the dividing ratio 100.000/1 the agreement between the laboratories was in the range (7 to 12).10 and the deviations from the dividing ratio were all within the declared uncertainties. At the other dividing ratios measured, some discrepancies were identified which could partially be explained.
