ANALYSIS OF LONG TERM PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS ON SOLAR DOMESTIC HOT WATER SYSTEMS, IN THE SCOPE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEST STANDARDS FOR EUROPEAN CLIMATES
This report presents the results of the experiments on four small solar domestic hot water systems, which have been carried out at the Joint Research Centre. The systems have been subjected to a realistic system load and were monitored over a period of one year. The sensitivity of the system performance for the solar radiation, ambient and main water temperature system load is investigated. The results are very informative and affirm real possibilities for test procedures, to determine the long- term system performance and/or primary energy savings.
