The purpose of this report is to examine the scope and content of occupational health legislation in Denmark and to examine its implementation in practice. The report outlines the overall legislation for protection of health and safety at work, and focuses on those aspects relating to protection of the health of workers from exposure to harmful chemical agents, in particular on application of the types of technical measures envisaged in Article 4 of the framework EEC directive on protection of workers from exposure to harmful agents.
