Abstract

A set of computer codes have been developed for verification, display and conversion of atomic cross- section and rate data drawn from literature. Data for isoelectronic sequence members are prepared as rates in standard forms over standard reduced parameter ranges. Regularities in this "general z" representative data are exploited to infer rates for arbitrary ions and to generate input for spectral prediction codes. The H, He, Li, Be and Na-like isoelectronic sequences have been incorporated in the database. The operation of the procedures is illustrated.
