Abstract

The authors report on the magnetic field dependence of resonant modes in interferometers with two Josephson junctions. Both pure Nb and NbN have been used as the first electrode. The junction areas were defined by two "window" in an SiO insulating layer, and Pb was used as the second electrode. Small inductance devices (L < 10-12 H) have been investigated. A comparison between experimental data with a simple theoretical model based upon an extension of the Kulik theory is also reported.
