RAPPORTS DU COMITE SCIENTIFIQUE DE L'ALIMENTATION ANIMALE (CINQUIEME SERIE)
The fifth series of reports of the scientific committee of animal nutrition includes the opinions expressed by the committee during the period 23 November 1983 to 26 September 1985. These opinions concerning the safety of using certain additives in animal foods together with the effect of using in this food protein products obtained by the culture of bacteria on methanol and of yeast on alcanes. The opinions relating to protein products have been established in close collaboration with the scientific committee of human nutrition.
