Abstract

This report presents the results of a project to investigate the use of elemental profiles in Scottish sediments resulting from the Flandrian marine transgression as a natural analogue of radionuclide migration through argillaceous material. The work was carried out with Research Area no. 5 of the CEC project MIRAGE "Natural Geological Migration Systems".
