Abstract

Static and impact tension tests with strain rate up to 550 l/sec were carried out on AISI 316H steel pre- fatigued by strain cycling with experimental parameters of strain range and cycle ratio, showing remarkable effects of prefatigue on the increase in dynamic yield stress and the decrease in uniform strain.
