Abstract

The computer code SEURBNUKEURDYN is supported collaboratively in Europe for use in the analysis of the mechanical consequences of a hypothetical core disruptive accident in a fast reactor. Code performance, monitored over several years, is now considered adequate for a first release version to be identified for distribution by the Computer Centre Program Library (CCPL) at JRC Ispra. To coincide with this release, the present document has been prepared to summarise the current status of SEURBNUK EURDYN and to outline some of the more recent applications.
