EXPERIMENTAL DETERMINATION OF THE RESPONSE FUNCTION OF A X-RAY DETECTOR IN THE RANGE 0.5-10 MEV
A coincidence method based on (p,gamma) resonance reactions is presented, enabling one to determine the efficiency and the response function of a gamma-ray detector up to 10 MeV energy. The results have been applied to 56-Fe neutron capture.
