EINFLUss DER METEOROLOGISCHEN DYNAMIK AUF DIE AUSBREITUNG VON LUFTSCHADSTOFFEN
The transport and distribution of toxic air pollutants is rd determined by many atmospheric factors, the most important being horizontal and vertical wind speed, the degree of turbulence, and thermic layering. Information on their temporal and spatial source distribution, their chemical transformation during their period of transportation, and their deposit rate on the ground is required. This report provides topical measurements and calculation models to illustrate the problems encountered, the state of present knowledge, and some other phenomena. Further problems to be solved by future research are indicated.
