Abstract

Narrow resonances have been observed in the MPA spectra of CF-3I measured in an optoacoustic cell by using as a radiation source a continuously tunable Co-2 laser. The structures have been interpreted as a characteristic quantum mechanical feature of the coherent laser excitation of the first discrete steps.
