Abstract

An analytical robot has been adapted for sample conditioning of isotope dilution mass-spectrometry which in its final version allows for a fully automatic on-site preparation of samples for a subsequent mass- spectrometric analysis. The layout of analytical robots with their peripheric devices in glove-boxes is given and the use of analytical robots for the verification of reprocessing input analysis is described.
