Abstract

In 1987 it was decided to update a survey of training programmes in toxicology first made in 1982. In response to a questionnaire, 52 institutions in nine Member States reported such specific programmes; these are listed by country and described in this report. The details given by each institution include a description of the programme, the number of students involved, the sources of financial support, the main objectives of the programme and the main difficulties encountered.
