Abstract

The report reviews the constitutive models for concrete as part of a survey of the status of the analytical capabilities for predicting the structural response of NPP concrete containment buildings to severe loading conditions. Failure criteria, crack modelling, bifurcations in elastoplasticity (shear bands) and environmental effects are considered.
