Abstract

This paper describes two examples of data evaluation programs for creep and creep crack growth from the European High Temperature Materials Databank (HTM-DB). For creep the evaluation is based on the Theta-Projection model; for creep crack growth the C* integral method is used. The structure of the programs is described as well as their use for the calculation of valid parameters for high temperature materials. Parameters validated in this way can then be used for inelastic analysis and finite element calculations. It is shown that for creep crack growth the use of statistical considerations quickly identifies the valid material parameters.
