This document is the collection of the individual reports of five primary metrology laboratories which participated in an intercomparison campaign : two synthesis reports are published fullsize as EUR 10178 and EUR 10193. Part of the work concerned a resistive voltage divider rated for 100 kV (input) and nominal low voltage outputs of 100,10,2 and 1v. At the dividing ratio 100.000/1, agreement between laboratories was the range 7 to 12 x 1.0E-6 and the deviations all lay within the declared uncertainties. Elsewhere some discrepancies were identified, but only partially explained. Other measurements were made on a transformer, operating at up to 100 kV on the primary side, with two voltage ratios (75v and 100v) on the secondary side. The dividing ratios and the phase displacements were measured according to the IEC Standard 186 (1969). After some improvements, the agreement between laboratories was within +- 2 x 1.0E-5.
