Intercomparison of solid-state voltage standards
This document is the collection of the individual reports of the laboratories which participated in the intercomparison campaign. A synthesis report is published full size with the same title. The intercomparison has been set up in order to investigate the uncertainties which could be obtained by means of solid-state voltage standards, and to test the stability of such sources as transportable reference standards. Three sources of two very different types have been circulated for measurements among 7 European primary metrological laboratories. 1) Fluke model 732 with the output of 10 V, 1,018 V and 7 V 2) Cropico VS10 with the output of 10 V 3) Cropico ECC 1 with the output of 1,018 V and 1 V. The measured uncertainties have been found to be of the order of 1 part in 1.0 E-6. A long term stability study has also been performed over 5 years, including the period of the intercomparison. The intercomparison clearly indicates the suitability of the sources examined as travelling voltage standards.
