The certification of the contents (mass fractions) of Cd, Hg, Pb, Se and Zn in human hair - CRM 397Funded under: FP2-BCR 4
This report describes the preparation of a human hair reference material, the homogeneity and stability studies and the analytical work performed for the certification of the contents of some trace elements. The report contains all the results and gives the methods used to certify the contents (mass fractions expressed as microg/g on a dry matter basis) of Cd (0.5), Hg (12.3), Pb (33), Se (2.0) and Zn (199). Indicative values (not certified) are given for As, Cu and Ni, whereas informative values are given for B, Ca, Co, Cr, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, P, Sr, Ti, Tl and MeHg.
