Human-computer interaction : Research directions in cognitive science : European perspectives - Vol. 3Funded under: PRE-FAST 1
This study was organised as part of a network by the research unit FAST, with the aim of attempting a prospective mapping of research problems in cognitive science to be addressed over the next five to ten years. The choice of topics has been made with a view to potential long-term relevance to information technology. Two interrelated themes dominate the network findings: the theme of integration - in theory, computer models, and actual working implementations, and the theme of real-world validity - of theories, models and applications.
