ELCCA (Economic Life Cycle Cost Analysis) is a computer program for economic evaluation of a solar energy system. It compares the capital and operating costs of a solar system with those of a conventional system, over the lifetime of the system, in order to evaluate an investment whose main benefits occur in the form of cost savings.
