Measurement of environmental radioactivity : Ispra 1990Funded under: FP2-RADPROT 7C
This report briefly describes the measurements of environmental radioactivity performed during 1990 by the site survey group of the Radioprotection Division at the Joint Research Centre Ispra Establishment. Data are given on the concentrations of Sr-90, Cs-137, HTO and other radionuclides in precipitation, air, water, herbage, milk and radioactive effluents. The environmental contamination is still mainly a consequence of the nuclear accident at Chernobyl.
