This report describes the preparation of a pork fat certified for its contents of organochlorine pesticides (CRM 430). Homogeneity and stability are determined for this pork fat with respect to the contents of pesticides. The analytical techniques used in the certification are summarised. All individual results are reported and recommendations for the analysis are made.
