Design and industrial feasibility of a high thermal performance CFC divertorFunded under: JRC-FUSAFE 4C
The critical issues of the reference divertor of the experimental reactor ITER/NET and the continuous improvement of the thermal and mechanical properties of carbon based composites has led to the definition of a new divertor concept. Its main distinguishing features are presented and its fabrication feasibility is discussed.
