Community Research and Development Information Service - CORDIS

The objective of the AIR programme is to improve links between the production of terrestrial and aquatic biological resources, and their utilisation by consumers and industry, with the aid of research, technological development and demonstration (RDT & D) of concerted actions and accompanying measures. The information booklet is addressed to all those who wish to submit to the Commission a project proposal in the framework of this programme. Firstly it describes the selection criteria for projects and for participants, and offers advice on the presentation and submission of proposals. The second part of the document is concerned with general procedures for contracts, and with the fundamental principles and specific conditions of contract types applicable to the activities of RTD & D. The three appendices contain proposal forms and application forms for shared cost proposals for RTD & D projects, and for proposals of concerted action.
