Preparation of reference materials for chloramphenicol in muscle and milk - Data on quality criteria
Reference materials for chloramphenicol in muscle and milk have been prepared. They were designed to contain 10 micro-g/kg CAP in meat and 1 micro-g/l in milk. The preliminary steps for the control of the prepared RMs concerned their homogeneity and stability. The contents were analysed by GC-ECD, GC-MS and RIA measurements.
