The certified total glucosinolate content in three rapeseeds (CRMs 190, 366 and 367)
The EEC has introduced a premium for rape seeds with a low glucosinolate content and to control the quality of rapeseed meals. The first part of this paper describes the preparation of the new certified reference materials (CRMs), together with homogeneity and stability studies. The second part gives details of the analytical procedure used to establish certified values.
