Environment 1991-1994 : Information packageFunded under: FP3-ENV 1C
The aim of the Environment programme is to broaden and consolidate current research activities by means of more closely integrated transnational schemes, which will be multidisciplinary in nature and take account of the global aspects of numerous environmental problems, the increasing importance of Community environmental policy, and the urgent need to improve the environment and the quality of life. The information file is for all those wishing to submit a proposal for a project under this programme. First it describes the selection criteria for projects and participants, and gives advice on how to draw up and submit proposals. The second part of the document is devoted to the general procedures for contracts, and to the basic principles and specific conditions for typical technical research and development contracts. The supplements contain a work schedule and forms for the presentation of proposals.
