COST 87 : Micropropagation of Betula and QuercusFunded under: FP2-BRIDGE
The COST 87 programme concerns all aspects of plant in vitro culture. This report presents results for the first four years from the woody plant working group, which was concerned with the micropropagation and subsequent field performance of adult forest trees, including those of Betula pendula and the Quercus species. In each case the materials and methods used in the study are described and the results are presented and discussed.
