Moment equations from a 21 moment Grad approximation are presented, including full expressions for the collision terms for the case of elastic collisions. Collision terms for the particular case of an electron-ion-impurity plasma are then given. In addition, for the positive ions, approximations to the collision terms are given for: (i) a common ion temperature; (ii) a massive impurity species. The moment equations are solved for the classical parallel transport coefficients for the specific case of a low impurity density plasma, and the results are compared with those given by other authors. The range of forms for the collision terms is given.
