Abstract

This report describes certification studies for reference materials with Enterococcus faecium (WR 63). The preparation of the reference materials, the homogeneity and stability studies and the analytical work performed, are discussed. The report contains all the results and a description of the procedures used to certify the number concentration of Enterococcus faecium in artifically contaminated milk powder.
