Abstract

This report provides an update of the statistical analysis of JET disruptions. The analysis of the plasma current decay during the current quench is described, and the statistics of the number of disruptive pulses and plasma current at disruption for different plasma configuration types and during additional heating phases are presented. The upper and lower operating boundaries, disruptions associated with technical failures or induced vertical instability, and PFX rampdown prior to disruption are also discussed.
