PISC III : UT capability studies in wrought stainless steel
This paper reports on the capability studies conducted on wrought austenitic stainless steel piping with six assemblies containing intergranular stress corrosion cracks (IGSCC), fatigue cracks, and electro-discharge machined (EDM) notches. The studies were performed under the framework of the Programme for the Inspection of Steel Components (PISC III), Action 4 which included two parametric studies, three capability studies and one reliability study.
