Microbiology of food and cosmetics in Europe : Infectious diseases and intoxinations with the third millenium approaching
Microbial contamination may give rise to the production of toxic substances with chronic and irreversible harmful action on human and animal organisms. This symposium was concerned with the problems of contamination of both food and cosmetics, particularly with the epidemiological aspects of these problems and the identification of new aetiological agents.
