Community Research and Development Information Service - CORDIS

This report gives an overview of the progress made at UKAEA/Euratom during 1993/94. A large amount of time was devoted to JET support; this was undertaken via task agreements that address the important issues of impurities, edge physics, MHD stability, heat and particle transport, fast particle behaviour and related physics. Other areas of work include tokamak development, fusion power studies and a theory programme concentrating on the behaviour of tokamak confinement systems.
